We recommend flying into Grand Junction Regional Airport (GJT). It is the closest airport to Grand Junction, located approximately 5 miles (10–15 minutes) from downtown, and offers the most convenient access to the area.
Alternative airports:
Grand Junction Regional Airport (GJT) – Closest and recommended.**
Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ) – Approximately 65 miles (1 hour 20 minutes) from Grand Junction.**
Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) – Approximately 140 miles (2.5–3 hours) away.
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) – Approximately 285 miles (4.5–5 hours) away; offers more flight options if you don't mind a longer drive.
Denver International Airport (DEN) – Approximately 250 miles (4–5 hours) away; another major hub with extensive flight availability.
